因為射出成型後塑膠產品需做四色~五色的自動印刷,　故塑膠片尺寸需非常精準,　若尺寸跑掉,會造成後續印刷加工程序失敗，另外，由於產品為塑膠透明件，不能有任何黑點或刮痕，故從一開始伴料到生產過程，本廠都特別注重，產品射出成形後，現場工作人員立刻包裝，避免刮傷及空氣灰層附著於塑膠片表面。

Introduction：      

Because the product needs to be automatically print in four to five colors, the size of the plastic sheet needs to be very accurate.    

If the size is lost, the subsequent printing process will fail.  

This product is a transparent plastic part, there should be no black Spots or scratches, from the beginning of the material to the production process, we'll pay attention that.   

After the product is injection molded, the on-site staff immediately packs it to avoid scratches and ash layers adhering to the surface of the plastic sheet.
