歐盟在2021年七月公布CBAM碳邊境調整機制計畫

預計2023年開始為期3年過渡期

2027年開始實施並繳納碳排費用

歐盟開徵碳稅,預計每噸85歐元(換算約2800台幣)

The EU will announce the CBAM carbon border adjustment mechanism plan in July 2021

A three-year transition period is expected to begin in 2023

Begin to implement and pay carbon emission fees in 2027

The European Union has introduced a carbon tax, which is expected to be 85 euros per ton 

我國為出口導向國家

2021年出口種值達4463億美元(約占GDP之57%)

因應歐盟碳稅問題,台灣也提出2050淨零轉型規劃

以四大轉型及兩大治理為主軸制定計畫

並提出12項關鍵戰略,以利達成轉型目標

In 2021, the export value will reach 446.3 billion US dollars (accounting for about 57% of GDP)

In response to the EU carbon tax issue, Taiwan also proposed a 2050 net-zero transformation plan

Formulate a plan centered on the four major transformations and the two major governances

And put forward 12 key strategies to facilitate the achievement of transformation goals
