當零件成品或零件走道快從承接箱內溢滿出來時該怎麼辦!!
這時需要請我們的巡檢人員時刻注意承接箱的狀況，為了不遮蔽巡視線
必須注意空箱擺放的位置，這樣就能避免零件成品或零件走道從承接箱內溢滿出來!!

空箱盡量不要擺放在塑膠射出機台後方下面，避免油汙滴落空箱內，若接換承接箱時巡檢人員未察覺
導致零件成品汙染，就必須報廢品處理!
如果一定要放置在塑膠射出機台後方下面，就一定要蓋上蓋子!

當塑膠射出機台警報響起，技術人員排除問題後，一定要報廢3~10模(視狀況)零件成品
承接報廢品必須把零件成品箱拖出，換上報廢品箱(箱內有擺放零件走道)，防止報廢品掉落
零件成品箱內!
如有成品和報廢品，混品疑慮必須通報廠務主管，待裁示全數報廢或全檢處理!
無論是全數報廢或全檢處理，都是額外的時間成本，所以千萬不能便宜行事
