塑膠燈具配件-裝飾環

此塑膠件在射出成型後需電鍍二次加工，由於只有局部塑膠件需電鍍，只有工件表面要電鍍，側面和底部都不能有電鍍，包含崁合肋勾處也不可有任何電鍍色，故特別選用真空電鍍，搭配專用治具，讓產品不會在電鍍製程中變形，此外，塑膠件外觀面容易在電鍍時產生雜質造成不良，本廠為了達到高品質，二次加工後100%全檢。

Introduction：

This product needs to be electroplated for secondary processing after injection molding.

Only the part of top need to be electroplated, on the side and the bottom can't to be electroplated, including the rib hook.

For Vacuum electroplating is used with special fixtures, that the product will not be deformed during the electroplating process.

The plastic is easy to produce impurities during electroplating, in order to achieve high quality, we conducts 100% full inspection after secondary processing.
