塑膠射出廠內邊邊角角很多，工作中時常需要爬上爬下，碰撞到可不是開玩笑的！

塑膠射出機更換產線時，需要清潔料桶，搬吸塵器上機台做清潔。

再來更換塑膠模具並安裝水路冷卻，也都需在機台周邊爬上爬下。

補充塑膠原料都是搬20~25公斤左右，爬上機台上倒料，稍不注意就有跌倒風險！

There are many places to pay attention in the factory and need to climb up and down often when in the working. So improve safety awareness, pay attention to prevention work is important.
e.g.,
When changing the production line of the injection machine, it is necessary to clean the material barrel, and move the vacuum cleaner to the machine for cleaning.
It is also necessary to climb up and down around the machine when replace with the mold and install the Cooling System .
The plastic raw material weighs about 20~25 kilograms. When refilling the material, it must be carried and climbed onto the machine.
Need to be careful, or there is a risk of falling!

塑膠椅的風險

1. 1.塑膠使用久了會斷裂與脆化
2. 2.椅子須坐在正中心上，避免翻覆
3. 3.椅子請勿站立，避免不勘支撐而破裂
4. 4.有裂痕的塑膠已請汰換，避免發生破裂
