精密射出成型機器、檢測儀器設備完善

全廠採用德國進口ARBURG射出機及台灣超群。其中，德國ARBURG更為世界領先的塑膠射出成型機器，藉此提高加工品質及精密度。此外，本廠備有2.5次元影像量測儀，能測量塑膠件的幾何數據，以利判斷塑膠工件是否達到客戶要求。康德富塑膠不論在精密射出機器、精密影像量測儀或卓越射出成形技術皆一應俱全，創造出許多精密的塑膠製品，包含汽車塑膠零配件(TOYOTA原廠零件供應商)、精密塑膠齒輪、腳踏車塑膠配件、醫療器材塑膠零件、透明塑膠件等等。

Precise plastic injection molding machine & inspecting equipment

Our plastic factory is equipped with machines originated from Germany –ARBURG injection mouding machine andOMC injecting molding machine to provide our customer with satisfactory quality and precision.

We use 2.5D vision measuring instrument to measure data of plastic parts in order to make sure whether the plastic piece to meet customer requirements. Accurate plastic machine and plastic inspection process help us to create a number of precision plastic workpieces including automotive plastic parts(TOYOTA Auto Parts original supplier), precision plastic gears, bicycle plastic accessories, medical plastic equipment, transparent plastic goods and so on.
