塑膠筆身較長, 射出成形時需注意筆身直度要夠直, 二次加工的燙金印刷才能提高良率，此外，塑膠筆蓋尺寸要控制好，才能與筆身搭配好，達到密封性效果，否則眼線液具有揮發性，密封效果不好會產生固化問題，另外，圖面中粉紅色塑膠工件為眼線液調節器，這一個成品的模具使用上百顆模仁製做而成，其精準度要求很高，也不可有任何毛邊，反之，眼線液的流量將無法調整控制。
