塑膠射出汽車配件-行車記錄器外殼

汽車塑膠零配件為了因應不同環境氣候，對外氣溫要求需達到-40度~+80度不變形、不脆裂 (南半球北半球氣溫差異大)以及防水要求，然而ABS塑料太軟，PC塑料又太硬，故射出成型時塑膠材質選用PC+ABC以符合要求。此外，此塑膠外殼螺母與鏡頭的螺紋需有適當的扭力，且螺紋和螺母在組裝時亦不能產生塑膠屑，代工此精密塑膠產品我們對扭力值、真圓度、表面粗度都特別要求。

Introduction：
