此塑膠齒輪尺寸安定性很重要,特別是偏轉、齒形、壓力角都需精密射出成形,然而,此主齒輪的外徑較大(塑膠齒輪外徑長達14cm), 外徑尺寸越大,成形越困難,如射出成型尺寸控制不當,則有可能造成遙控在飛機飛行時,主齒輪破裂,導致失去動力而摔機。另外,螺旋齒輪的TAPE(錐度)要求也很嚴苛,射出代工時每個環節都需特別注意。POM屬於結晶性塑料,射出成形後變化落差很大,如要達成尺寸安定性的話,在塑膠射出的製程中,需要做內應力消除的程序,在極冷或極熱的氣候環境裡,尺寸安定性才會好。

Introduction:

The dimensional stability of the plastic gear is very important, especially the deflection, tooth shape, and pressure angle all require precise injection molding.

The outer diameter of the main gear is large (the outer diameter is 14cm), and the larger of outer diameter is more difficult to form.

If the size is not properly controlled, it may cause the gear to break when it aircraft is flying, resulting in loss of power and the aircraft falling.

The TAPE (taper) requirements of the helical gear is also very strict, we have to pay attention each link during the injection molding. 

POM is a crystalline plastic dimensional change after forming is very large.

If want to achieve dimensional stability, is need to do internal stress relief procedures.

In extremely cold or extremely hot environments, it's still dimensional stability well.
