PEEK工程塑膠材質耐高溫295度，對垂直度、平面度、行度及尺寸要求極高，此塑膠葉片應用於氣動工具的散熱風葉，利用旋轉離心力啟動葉片達到散熱效果，由於葉片放置在散熱風葉的主軸中，主軸旋轉時會因離心力使葉片浮出，進而產生空氣對流，而主軸停止旋轉時，葉片會自動歸位於主軸內，故射出成型時，尺寸需控制的精密。

Introduction：

PEEK engineering plastic material is resistant to high temperature of 295 degrees, and has extremely high requirements on verticality, flatness, alignment and size.

This product is used in the cooling fan vane of pneumatic tools.

The vane is activated by rotating centrifugal force to achieve heat dissipation effect.

Because the vane is placed on the cooling fan vane, when the spindle rotates, the vane will float out due to centrifugal force, thereby generating air convection.

When the spindle stops rotating, the vane will automatically return to the spindle.

Therefore, the size needs to be precisely controlled during injection molding.
